Bisi Bele Powder

Ingredients:-

1. 6 red chillies
2. 1 tsp cumin seeds
3. 1/2 tsp methi(fenugreek) seeds
4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
5. 3 tsp coriander seeds
6. 4 cloves
7. 2 pieces cinammon
8. 2 tsp urad dal
9. 1 tsp channa dal
10. 1/2 tsp peppercorns
11. 1/2 cup coconut gratings
12. Oil/ghee(clarified butter) for roasting

METHOD:

• Roast all the above ingredients one by one in a little oil or ghee and powder to a coarse powder in a coffee grinder.
• Store in a airtight container.
• Use as required for Bisi Bele Bath.
